The sessions will be interactive with multimedia presentations (video, handouts, slide show, etc.). The Around Your Woodlot series has also been recognized by the NB Sustainable Forest Innitiative (SFI)- Implementation Committee. This committee has established criteria for a Forest Worker Training Program that fulfills the requirements of the SFI standard. Since all the licensees on Crown Land are required to be certified SFI by the end of 2003, they will have a wood procurement policy that woodlot owners will be required to meet.
